For emergencies use the nearest Emergency Room, or call 911.
Call our office at (253) 589-1380 if you have any questions. Our allergists or a trained RN will advise you. After hours, our answering service will contact the allergist for you.
Prescription Renewals
If you have not been seen in our clinic for more than a year, we will provide you with a courtesy one month prescription refill, during which time arrangements will be made for you to be examined in the clinic.
Chronic opiate based pain medications will not be renewed by phone under any circumstances!
For renewal of medications contact your pharmacy and have them fax over a request. All pharmacy requests need to be faxed to (253) 589-1786.
**Our renewal services are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays only. There is a 48 hour turnaround for prescriptions.**
