Jamie Baylor received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, Tacoma, in 2004. Soon after, she earned her nursing degree and worked as an emergency and trauma registered nurse at Tacoma General Hospital for several years before advancing her education. She attended Gonzaga University for her Master of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

She has experience as a nurse practitioner in the urgent care setting. This background has provided her the opportunity to grow in the field of allergy and asthma, as these are two of the most common seen ailments in urgent care. She is excited and driven to treat patients in the allergy and asthma specialty here at Allergy and Asthma Specialty Service. 

She is a native to this area, having grown up in Gig Harbor. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and two young children biking, skiing, traveling, and eating ice-cream at their favorite local joint.
